Our dachshund, Sam, soon made friends with everyone, staff and guests alike and became an instant "celebrity", The staff goes above and beyond to make sure all our needs are met. Their pet policy is exceptional and they truly welcome them. From the beginning when I was searching out places to stay, Heather, went above and beyond to give me all the details about the facility, staff, location, everything I needed to know. We have been staying here since mid May while we wait for our apartment to become available and we couldn't feel more at home. Management should do better being that this is an ongoing issue. People work too hard for their stuff, for someone else to walk in and just pocket it. Barbara later on called stating the housekeepers didn't find it, of course not BECAUSE THEY STOLE IT. I clearly left my item on a bed under the covers, but due to being a work trip I had to rush out. As soon as I located their corporate number, I received a call from the hotel "we will do everything in our hands to find your belongs" BS.

The next day I continued calling to get an update of my belongings, again the run around. They took down my information for a call back, I called this hotel I don't know how many times to get in contact with Barbara I believe and I was given the run around. I contacted the hotel as soon as I realized one of my personal belongings was left behind, front desk stated that no one entered the room and I would need to call back to speak to the housekeeping manager to further ask questions. It is honestly disrespectful to know that clearly they are not running an honest business. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want you personal belongings stolen as well as your personal information.
